Le discours officiel alg\u00e9rien de ces deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es est un discours que l’on peut qualifier de \u00ab\u00a0guerrier\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 les tr\u00e8s nombreuses r\u00e9f\u00e9rences \u00e0 des \u00ab\u00a0ennemis\u00a0\u00bb de l’Alg\u00e9rie et \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de rester vigilants face aux man\u0153uvres qui viseraient la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du pays. Au mois d’ao\u00fbt, le peuple alg\u00e9rien a d\u00e9couvert avec \u00e9ffarement l’assassinat d’un jeune militant dans un contexte d’incendies de for\u00eats que l’\u00c9tat a attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l’organisation d\u00e9sormais terroriste du MAK. Selon le discours officiel, c’est cette organisation qui est derri\u00e8re toutes les horreurs qu’\u00e0 connues la r\u00e9gion de Tizi-ouzou et elle aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 appuy\u00e9e par des \u00c9tats \u00e9trangers, le Maroc ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 clairement d\u00e9sign\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hier, le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a d’ailleurs appel\u00e9 le peuple alg\u00e9rien et les m\u00e9dias nationaux \u00e0 prendre conscience de la \u00ab\u00a0Guerre de quatri\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb qui vise l’Alg\u00e9rie. Alors, existe-t-il r\u00e9ellement un plan malveillant qui vise la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l’Alg\u00e9rie et qu’est-ce la \u00ab\u00a0Guerre de quatri\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb? Ce concept, th\u00e9oris\u00e9 par des am\u00e9ricains dans les ann\u00e9es 80′, fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 une guerre multidimensionnelle o\u00f9 seraient entre autres utilis\u00e9s des moyens de nuisance tels que la propagande m\u00e9diatique ou encore des groupes terroristes ou s\u00e9paratistes. \u00c0 la lumi\u00e8re de cette br\u00e8ve d\u00e9finition, l’Alg\u00e9rie serait en effet cibl\u00e9e par des man\u0153uvres venant notamment du voisin marocain qui finance des sites Internet ouvertement antialg\u00e9riens ou qui soutient officiellement l’ind\u00e9pendance de la Kabylie. Par ailleurs, un plan visant l’encerclement de l’Alg\u00e9rie est clairement visible \u00e0 travers la destruction de l’\u00c9tat libyen et l’armement de milices qui activent dans la r\u00e9gion du Sahel. D\u00e8s lors, il serait facile de comprendre que le positionnement strat\u00e9gique de l’Alg\u00e9rie g\u00e8ne plusieurs int\u00e9r\u00eats parce-que anti-isra\u00e9lien, proche de la Russie, de la Chine et anticolonialiste. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
