Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements s’acc\u00e9l\u00e9rent en cet \u00e9t\u00e9 caniculaire o\u00f9 l’\u00c9tat alg\u00e9rien doit faire face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis complexes et nombreux. L’Alg\u00e9rie est en effet d\u00e9j\u00e0 confront\u00e9e \u00e0 une crise sanitaire \u00e9touffante qui a mis aux devants de la sc\u00e8ne l’\u00e9chec lamentable de la politique alg\u00e9rienne de la sant\u00e9 men\u00e9e ces 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, avec des h\u00f4pitaux v\u00e9tustes et gangren\u00e9s par la corruption et la mauvaise gestion. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, des feux de for\u00eats d’une ampleur jamais observ\u00e9e auparavant dans le pays sont venus mettre \u00e0 nu la n\u00e9gligence et le manque d’anticipation de l’\u00c9tat alg\u00e9rien qui a \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 mesurer le danger auquel \u00e9taient expos\u00e9s nos for\u00eats mais aussi la population alors que les \u00e9t\u00e9s se font de plus en plus chauds dans un pays qualifi\u00e9 comme semi-aride.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9videmment, la fragilit\u00e9 de l’\u00c9tat alg\u00e9rien face \u00e0 ces \u00e9v\u00e8nements a tr\u00e8s vite fait r\u00e9agir les charognards qui ont senti le d\u00e9but de d\u00e9composition d’un syst\u00e8me qui a atteint toutes ses limites. Fid\u00e8les \u00e0 elles-m\u00eames, ces entit\u00e9s qui se nourrissent de la chair de la b\u00eate bless\u00e9e ont tr\u00e8s vite accouru autour du d\u00eener qu’elles pensent \u00e0 leur port\u00e9e. C’est dans ce sens que l’\u00c9tat isra\u00e9lien a, pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans son histoire, nomm\u00e9ment d\u00e9sign\u00e9 l’Alg\u00e9rie comme une \u00ab\u00a0menace\u00a0\u00bb au m\u00eame titre que l’Iran. L’Alg\u00e9rie est donc officiellement cibl\u00e9e par Isra\u00ebl comme un ennemi, composant avec l’Iran un \u00ab\u00a0axe n\u00e9gatif\u00a0\u00bb qui freinerait l’\u00e9panouissement d’un \u00ab\u00a0axe positif et pragmatique\u00a0\u00bb isra\u00e9lo-marocain.
